The Bayou Chapter Medical Managers (BCMM), founded in 1999, is an affiliate chapter of the Louisiana Medical Group Management Association (LMGMA). We are comprised of women and men from five parishes in south Louisiana who are dedicated to their personal professional development and the improvement of their own medical and dental practices. Members are primarily administrators and managers of medical and dental practices, clinics, large and small group practices, and free-standing and hospital affiliated medical groups. In addition, many members are support staff who are dedicated to improving their professional skills and the practices they represent.
The BCMM holds nine regular monthly meetings the second Wednesday of each month. Each meeting is an hour and a half long and lunch is provided. In addition, we host two half day seminars each year and a holiday party in December. Benefits of membership include:
